Sheronne Vails Arundel, basketball In her third trip to the state tournament, the 6-foot-4 forward used her inside strength to lead the No. 5 Wildcats to the state Class 4A championship. Vails had 12 of her 16 points and 12 of her 18 rebounds in the second half of the come-from-behind 53-40 title-game victory over Gaithersburg.
